Gravitii Technologies July 2024 Release Notes
Once again, we’re excited to be announcing that our latest release was deployed on July 31st, 2024. This release represents our fifth official release since going to market nearly one year ago. The focus of this release was to create a means for independent living and seniors' organizations to support those they serve in finding care at home. We’ve also made it easier for care providers to view their clients’ information!
Below, we will highlight these latest features so that you may benefit from them, whether as a client or family member seeking care, as a provider or a business/community organization supporting seniors.
Concierge Services:
In collaboration with non-profit seniors’ organizations and independent living communities, we have created a new ‘Concierge’ role to allow them to support individuals and their families to find the care they need. This new role allows staff at independent living communities and seniors’ organizations to create client accounts on Gravitii, book care providers on their behalf, message providers and manage client care on-going if needed.
Provider View of Client Profile:
Providers can now review their clients’ profile information all in one simple view, making it easier to understand what their care needs and preference are so they can deliver exceptional care!
Supporting Provider Time Zones:
To support our expansion efforts across Canada, we’ve added the ability for providers to change their time zone if they’re offering services outside of BC.
Provider Confirmation Letter Expiry Reminder:
To continue providing assurances to clients seeking care, providers are now prompted on their dashboard when their confirmation letter is expiring so that they can keep their profile up to date. Providers are removed from clients’ search results if they don’t provide a current confirmation letter within 30 days of their document expiry date.

Our mission at Gravitii is to aim at improving clients and providers care experiences by finding solutions through our technology. Here is what you can expect in upcoming releases:
- Reports - We all pay taxes, so it only makes sense to have reports for both clients and providers to download and print off for their tax filings.
- Provider travel time - It takes time to travel to/from a client’s house! So, we’ll be looking at solutions to help providers get paid for their travel time.
